Inner Stream Yoga is fully-equipped yoga studio completed in 2011. The studio is conveniently located just 1-1/2 miles from L.L. Bean in Freeport, Maine, perched in the grassy fields above Frost Gully Brook.
From the South
Take Interstate 295 north to Freeport Exit 22. Take a left off the exit ramp toward the Town of Freeport. You will come to a traffic light on Route One (the Harraseeket Inn will be directly in front of you). Take a left on Route One North and travel approximately one mile. Take a right onto Upper Mast Landing Road and travel approximately 1/2 mile. Inner Stream Yoga is on the right (sits back from the road, shingle-style with green trim). You will see a sign with the Inner Stream logo on it.
From the North
