Welcome to Inner Stream Yoga, where yoga is taught in the classical style of B.K.S Iyengar. Iyengar Yoga is appropriate for everyone. There are class offerings for the beginner looking to learn the fundamentals of a safe yoga practice, a class for seniors, and classes for experienced students seeking to deepen their practice.

Small group classes enhance your learning experience, allowing for personal attention and the opportunity to build community. Private classes also are available for students working with those health conditions that might make it difficult to participate in a group class.
