Ardha Baddha Konasana (one leg in half Bound Angle Pose, other leg in Upavishta Konasana), both sides, repeat

Ardha Janu Sirsana (one leg in Half “Head of the Knee Pose,” other leg in Upavistha Konasana), both sides, repeat

Adho Mukha Virasana (Downward-facing Hero Pose)

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-facing Dog Pose)

Uttanasana (Intense Forward Bend Pose)

Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose) x2, second time arm in front of front leg

Vrksasana (Tree Pose) x2

Prasarita Padottanasana (Intense Spread Out Foot Pose), head supported

Salamba Sirsasana (Headstand, for those practicing)

Supta Padangusthasana Series (Reclining Big-Toe Pose), leg straight up, out to side, then bent leg version, as far as possible

Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) or Viparita Karani (legs up wall)

Savasana (Corpse Pose)
