TWISTING SEQUENCE:

Twist in Svastikasana (simple cross-legged pose) x2

Adho Mukha Virasana (Downward-facing Hero)

Parsva Adho Mukha Virasana (above pose, to the sides)

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-facing Dog Pose)

Uttanasana (Intense Forward Bend Pose)

Salamba Sirsasana (Headstand) or Prasarita Padottanasana (Intense Spread-out Foot Pose) with head support

Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose) x2

Standing Marichyasana III (Pose named after Sage Marichi), one foot on chair, other foot’s heel on brick, turning toward wall

Parivrtta Parsvakonasana  (Revolved Side Angle Pose) in stages:

back leg heel at wall, using chair to turn

without wall, coming into pose from kneeling, back knee on blanket

Parighasana (Gate Latch Pose), bent leg and then straight leg

Marichyasana III, seated, x2

Wide arms/legs Adho Mukha Svanasana

Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulder stand) or Viparita Karani (Legs up Wall)

Prone Savasana over bolster
