Winter 2017 Session Begins January 10

The Winter 2017 Session begins on Tuesday, January 10.   Let this upcoming year be the year that you commit to starting your home practice.  If you already have a home practice, consider adding a some Pranayama (breathing practice) or Dhyana (meditation).      If the mind is willing, it can happen.   If you have questions about how to start or need help, please just ask!
